Like many women, you may not make time for self-care because you're too busy taking a care of others. When you take the time nurture yourself, you'll feel more centered and be more present for the ones you love.

Some words about therapeutic massage from your massage therapist, Dana.

I am a facilitator of healing for women. I encourage women to focus on themselves and their self-care.

Therapeutic massage can help with headaches, sports injuries, post surgery rehabilitation, pregnancy/postpartum discomforts, repetitive motion injuries and overall stiffness.

I will come to your home with my massage table and linens and create a space where you can relax and let go of the stress we all feel from everyday life.

Therapeutic Massage is very personal. Every body is different and requires something different.

I do full 60 or 90 minute sessions. Massages are adjusted to your preference and I will use a variety of techniques and pressure based on each client’s preference.
